Individual buyers, who are not professionals, have a 14-day withdrawal period from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty.
All items can be exchanged or refunded within the legal time frame.
For hygiene reasons, reed boxes, mouthpieces, beaks, and all related accessories are delivered in a sealed package. Returns of these products will not be accepted once they have been unsealed.
The delivery date of the product is taken as the reference to calculate the 14-day period. Return costs are borne by the customer. In the case of an order with multiple products, the period starts from the receipt of the last delivered product.
The customer must fill out the contact form available and downloadable (contact section). Product returns must be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING, in perfect condition, accompanied by all accessories and possible instructions, as well as the form provided during product delivery, duly filled out. Returned items that are incomplete, damaged, used, or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
Product refunds will be made within 14 days or less after receiving the shipping proof from the customer, or otherwise after the effective receipt of the package by us. The refund will be made at the choice of ruedesvents.com by crediting the customer's bank account or by a bank check sent to the customer's billing name
